    The Eclipse automation products for the entire lifecycle of transformation capabilities include:-

    Eclipse Value Modeler – An automation tool to perform rapid feasibility analysis and to identify opportunities for optimizing the current IT infrastructure. Essentially, this tool is - "powerful infrastructure intelligence coupled with strong analytics". It consumes raw data provided by the client (usually comes as a spreadsheet input), and within minutes, cleanses and maps the data, and will run analytics to come up with multiple options with optimization possibilities within the client IT footprint. The deliverables of this tool include

    Eclipse Data Collector Appliance – Our digital data discovery tool is an agent-less, non-invasive tool that has a rich feature set including server devices, topology of applications, software, host infrastructure, network & storage devices, etc., perform application dependency mapping and provides a robust visualization capability (i.e. Dashboards and Reports).

    This tool provides in-depth configuration and utilization data capture for network attached IT infrastructure devices and their components. The tool is easily configurable (can be deployed on a single or multiple machines, and can be utilized in one location or can be distributed across a global network from a single location).

    Eclipse Analytics Engine – Our Analytics Engine is an analytics software product that offers cross platform, multi-dimensional analysis for a variety of transformation needs of the clients including Virtualization, Cloud Adoption, Facilities Management, Data Center Consolidation/Relocation, Workload Consolidation/Migration, Green IT etc. Some of the key features of the tool include:

    a. A detailed Technical Analysis – A rules based technical analysis of the asset configuration details including hardware, OS, and application dependencies etc. to drive maximum optimization results leveraging workload affinity and compatibility. The tool provides seamless capabilities to configure/adjust the rules and preview the results in real-time utilizing a set of multi-dimensional charts and dashboards.

    b. A detailed Business Analysis – A rules driven, in-depth analysis of the business policies, organization lines of business constraints, security rules, growth strategies etc. The analysis includes a well balanced approach taking into consideration the business risk, service level commitments and future business and technical strategy. The tool provides seamless capabilities to configure/adjust the rules and preview the results in real-time utilizing a set of multi-dimensional charts and dashboards.

    c. Workload constraints and Utilization Impact – An in-depth analysis that goes beyond the “speeds and feeds” capabilities of assets. The Eclipse Analytics Engine takes into account the peaks and sustained activities, as well as the workload characteristics and patterns to accurately determine the target architecture and configuration.

    The Eclipse Analytics Tool provides a template-based analysis, and employs best practices for transformational and efficiency management analysis so that you get better answers, faster. The technical and business constraint analysis is driven by packaged and editable rules that are incorporated into each template.

    Eclipse Planning Analytics Tool consumes incremental data (e.g. usually application dependency mapping, ownership of software/applications etc. are not available until this phase), to develop an implementable transition/transformation plan (which includes details such as Wave definitions, Wave groupings, Wave sequencing, a project plan with all dependencies, a bill of materials to help with procurement etc.). Detailed dashboards and comparative analytics are available to users to automatically look at the gaps between the predictive analytics and the actual implementation.

    Eclipse Transition and Transformation Governance Tool will be active throughout the lifecycle and will help measure and monitor the progress of the transition/transformation activities. In addition, it can be used as a perpetual tool that will constantly provide health check monitors and deep analytics to visualize the steady state (as it compares to the agreed terms in the contract).
